Dead Puppet Society is back at Where the Wild Things Are bookshop this school holidays! Join Dead Puppet Society's Head of Youth and Engagement Helen Stephens as she covers the basics in table top puppet design and puppet construction. In this three hour workshop participants will use simple household materials to build their very own puppet creature. They will then have the opportunity to bring their character to life using the Dead Puppet Society's principles of puppetry. Set your imagination free and embrace your creativity for a day of exploration, collaboration and play!
This workshop is open to ages 8 to adult and will include the use of sharp scissors and tapes.
Please bring your own morning tea and water bottle for a 15 minute break.
