Thursday 19th September 10am-1pm
Kids 7+ and adults welcome! (kids under 7 can attend if an adult accompanies them)
Join specialist art teacher, Kasia Janczewski from The Make Mistakes School of Art to create a Happy Dragon at this school holiday workshop hosted by Where the Wild Things Are Bookshop, West End! Kasia will guide little and big artists to design and create a unique dragon inspired by a place and time of happiness through drawing, ink painting and collage
Kids can participate independently or with a grown-up, and make art side-by-side to rediscover the joy of learning through ‘making mistakes’ while drawing upon memory and personal experience to inspire the line, shape, pattern and form of their fantastical artwork! Everyone will leave with a dragon skin painting, dragon collage, tummy full of morning tea and their heart brimming with creativity!
12 spots available. Tickets are $70 per person and include morning tea.
